Bomely has a 30-day return policy, which means returns can be requested within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the specified shipping address. The refund amount depends on whether the return was caused by the buyer or the seller. Specific explanation: The buyer's reasons usually include the buyer's subjective feelings or awareness (for example, the buyer feels that the buyer doesn't like the product, or regrets it after buying, the seller has shipped it, artificial damage, etc.). The seller’s reasons generally include product quality problems, damage caused by delivery, and other reasons. If the return or exchange is caused by the buyer, the buyer needs to bear the freight or it depends on the specific situation. For returns and exchanges not caused by the buyer, buyers can return or exchange the product within 30 days, and get a free return label and a full refund guarantee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once the returned item arrives back in Bomely warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window.
